Dove travelled to Whaley won the toss and elected to bat. Despite losing early wickets Ben Bagshaw (hit a superb 59) was backed up by Kieran Collins (45) as Dove posted 167 all out.
This proved to be enough, Dove picked up regular wickets as the hosts were dismissed for 96.
