Dove Travelled to Dinting on a sunny day with high hopes after beating Mottram last week. Skipper Grego lost the toss and Dove were in the field. Opener Critchlow bowled well 3-40 as did Dan Waterhouse who bowled 12 overs on the bounce 3-41 as Dinting posted 178-9. In reply Dove collapsed to just 74 all out ending any faint hopes of a late title charge.

The Second Team edged closer to the title as opponents Birch Vale conceded the fixture.
